Used a few times and very impressed. Mix ups are always sorted or compensated and if you ring they will always pick-up and try and deal with your issue. Vehicles are always nearly new and prices are fair. Especially if going long distances or abroad. Highly recommend

I’ve hired through the Portsmouth branch a few times now and I must admit I’m delighted with the service I receive always greeted with a warm welcoming smile and a friendly hello. I’ve dealt with a lady called gemma a few times and every time she has been informative helpful and very thorough explaining to me about my rental and going through the operations of the vehicle I have hired. It’s really easy to hire and I highly recommend using enterprise Southsea.

Dropped a car off after picking it up at another branch. It had damage however we had not caused this and had already sent in pictures and enquired about it with the pickup branch. Instead of charging us the £500 excess for the damage the Portsmouth branch setup a claim for us and wrote down all of our evidence to show why it was not our fault. The next day after enquiring about the claim we were informed it had been closed and we would not be charged. A big thank you to Gemma and Ryan at Portsmouth who were very friendly and customer focused!

Usually a very good service however today GEMMA was exceptional. She was thorough on her checks and although I'm a regular customer she was still very informative. I liked her technique in trying to upsell by providing value and she answered all queries raised.
