Absolutely exceptional service by all members of staff, today was my first time here and I was welcomed by two lovely receptionists, I had been suffering tremendously with severe tooth ache so severe that I have been in tears, however thanks to Reena and her outstanding knowledge and treatment the pain is gradually going! I can not recommend this practise enough i was given a same day appointment too , if you are in pain and need emergency treatment then this is the place to help you immediately! I would also like to emphasise how much they make you feel at ease if you are a nervous patient, they will defiantly reform you! Thank you so much Reena your professionalism is next to none, you are a credit to Octogan!
I am over the moon with my new straight teeth after having fixed ceramic braces for just under a year, my confidence has rocketed and I am receiving so many compliments! The team at octagon dental are all so professional and caring they will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable in the chair. I can't recommend this practice enough! Had Botox completed here. The results are terrible and not worth the “lower price” than other providers.
Went back for a top up and even after that, still got movement.
Staff were pleasant, however, they do appear to always be short staffed too.
I wouldn’t return for this procedure and wouldn’t recommend to others.
Went to Octagon Dental Centre for my first hygienist treatment. Everyone was very happy and friendly.
The hygienist was thorough and informative. Did a great job on my teeth.
