I have been having treatments with Solent Smile since 2011 and have found the proprietor, Mandy, to be incredibly professional, well equipped, efficient and good value for money. Nothing is too much trouble, if you need to change an appointment she will accomodate you without fuss. The end results of treatments are excellent and you are provided with aftercare advice in order to get the best out of your treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend Solent Smile to anyone wishing to invest in a brighter smile :-)
I am surprised at the negative review, sounds like a competitor and is NOT representative of the high quality service offered.
Don't waste your time, unorganised and shabby business. Rude telephone manner - seemed rather put out considering I was a new customer. I was promised an email confirmation which I never got, when I called to confirm (as my appt is due in 5 days and I still have no written confirmation of appt) I was told in a rather petulant attitude " oh I wasnt aware I was required to send you an email" shocking way to run a business and upon speaking with other companies in southampton that offer same service - really expensive!! If she can't organise an email confirmation, i certainly don't trust her to care for my teeth!
