Unprofessional conduct. Regular appointment cancelled without warning. The practice FAILED TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM CANCELLATION. I arrived for appointment, only to be told by the receptionist that my appointment had been cancelled due to Covid-19. I feel that I have been forced to try another dentist, as a result.
