The staff are very professional and always helpful . I have been with this dental practice for more than 13 years and have always had a good experience. My dentist is caring and gentle and always puts me at ease. The work performed on my teeth was of a high standard. I would recommend to anybody. My sister has had a smile makeover and she looks fantastic!!! Professional, caring and put my daughter at ease! Always there when we need them! 5 stars from the whole family!

I attended the practise yesterday for my first appointment here and in a very long time. Very nervous and not sure what to expect... all I can say is wow! The staff were so welcoming, kind and quick to reassure me every step of the way. I had a filling replaced and it looks amazing, looking at it you wouldn't even know which tooth it was; I am so pleased and will recommend to everyone. Thank you so much 😊

Big shout out to The Dental Group, a great dental practice with such a friendly and welcoming work force from the receptionist right the way through to the dental practice manager, everyone is so helpful and polite, always so accommodating and flexible when it comes to working around your schedule, they even call you a few days after your dental treatment to see how you’re getting on. Really pleased with the high level of service they provide on a constant basis. The dental practice gives you that family feel but more importantly looks after you from start to finish. They provide a special customer experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone. Best part about it is they’re so affordable which is rare when it comes to your teeth. Great work team, keep it up!!!!

After checking out dental clinics across Europe and North America, I have embarked on a non-trivial brackets and veneers journey with Dr Jeff O'Carroll, and so far it's been nothing short of amazing. Dr Jeff and the entire staff at the Dental Group make the whole experience an absolute joy! Any emergencies have been dealt with swiftly and painlessly. Big thanks to Lilly and the rest of the Staff. Just very, very good at every level. Friendly staff and a very professional approach to everything. I wouldn't be classed in the "most-confident patient" category but everyone could not have been more understanding....and Jeff's dental work is excellent. I can recommend TDG without any hesitation.
