Have just had first two appointments with this practice. They are very well-organised; give clear and thorough explanations throughout; give clear choices and advice; are friendly, considerate and professional. Everything about their approach inspires confidence. There was quite a long questionnaire to complete before the appointment, and my answers had obviously been read as the dentist referred to certain points that were relevant to informing his approach to the treatment. Had an extraction this afternoon which was very quick and entirely painless. Very grateful to have been taken on by this practice.

Have had multiple treatments at the University Dental Practice including extraction, molar implant, filling replacement and a cap on an incisor. Very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of all staff from the receptionist, assistant (Kim) and Dr Ansari himself. Top quality dental work and a dentist who I feel I can trust to suggest the most suitable treatments for me.

I have been coming to this surgery for years. They do a very good job. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and do a very good job. The prices are reasonable. The receptionist is OK but sometimes she is a little impatient with the clients and come across as unfriendly or impatient. She could work more on that and try to be more patient and very friendly with the clients. I would have given them four stars if the receptionist was very friendly and patient.

This practice is great! I have only been a few times, initially as an emergency. They are always so helpful and accommodating and provide a friendly service. 100% recommended.
