We went in to the Eastleigh branch at 13.00 purchased item at 13.20, it wasn't in stock, there was one, however in Southampton. The very pleasant young man said we could pay for it there and it would be delivered that same evening between 17.00 - 19.00. Free delivery.We were texted by them, to say when it would be delivered, and it was!! Excellent service, deserved a mention.

So did fast track. Come in a couple of days later. Go to fastbtrack till and the guy picks up my order, except it's a totally different item!! He denied it till I showed it on their website. Waiting 10-15 minutes to be told 'sorry we don't have any in store'
