Lovely store, one of the only places left in Southampton to get home furnishings
Store was looking good, young chap helped us on the electricals and very pleasant and helpful young lady on the Ralph Lauren area which resulted in a sale......my wife has a new dress, she's tried it on and looks great. The til (pay desk) experience was not quite as good....pleasant chap but didn't fold the dress, just stuffed in the bag !! Not quite what I expect.....it wasn't a til on the department.
We shopped in your Southampton store on Thursday 3rd Dec, from entering your store your shop floor partners were brilliant. In the baby pram section, the lady was so very friendly and helpful, taking time to speak to my grandson. At the pay desk next to the baby section the lady at the till, waved and interacted with our baby. BUT on your main floor behind the Christmas section we encountered the most helpful man, I'm sorry we did not get his name, he was wearing a bowler hat and dressed very smart. He spent time with baby George (who is disabled) and then gave George a Buster dog, a truly lovely act. I had not intended to shop but my daughter offered to take me out to cheer me out, I have been struggling in the past couple of weeks, and the experience within your store has helped me feel better. Thank you.
