Marks and Spencer is a lovely shop. But the cashier we had today was happy to chat and chat to the customer in front of us who she obviously knew without acknowledgement that we were stood there. She also wore the same blue gloves to serve us as she did everyone! NOT COVID SAFE !

Perfect store, but today I wanted to buy school uniform and could not find the car park (because of lockdown). But the store is open,have no idea how to get in?

I Used to like shopping in Mark's but the service as really dropped in the last month, to the point when I phoned about an item of clothing my daughter bought me , as you cannot try on in store at the moment, just before I went to try it on I noticed that it the wrong size. I just was started to tell the woman on the phoned about it, she put the phone down on me. I expected that bad of service from other store but not Mark's I phoned about my sparks card a week before as the email to the card had been hacked into so I had no choice but to changed it, so when I got an new phone I couldn't access it on the app there said there had updated it and would send me an link to my new email address but a week later I haven't received any thing

Hi, I would like to share an experience of M&S clothes quality. My mum comes from Lithuania to M&S store every year to buy some clothes, because she used to love the quality and affordable price until she started to notice that the quality is going down. She lost the patience and contacted me and asked me help to write a review and share with other M&S customers. She bought the trousers she loved but suddenly she got very unsatisfied because of this: left side 4 cm and the right side 5 cm the with of the material from sewing line to the inner material of the pocket.
