Popular with dog walkers so often gets full. A lot of big potholes at the entrance, care needed.Handy for exploring Cleeve Hill or a meal at the golf course.
Take it slow and watch out for the monumental puddles. And please park considerately! You may have to wait for a space.
Be warned - quite small and tight. People double park each other (or close to), making it nearly impossible to get out. Helped an elderly man get out of his space for nearly 15min the other day. That's no judgement on the car park, but the users. The car park itself is great and very conveniently located.
From here it's a great place to walk and wonderful views
Decent size, can fit about 30 ish cars. No bays defined so there's the chance of being blocked in. It's free and right next to the hill so can't complain.
Was almost full arriving on a Saturday at about 11:00 during early August and covid times.
