I came to this dental practise a while ago and saw the hygienist for a clean. She was very rough and actually resulted in my tooth being chipped. I noticed it the day after and spoke to the receptionist and never heard anything back. It has been ages now and I have been so busy with life that never chased it up. I believe that hygienist is liable for my chipped tooth and am just extremely disappointed/gutted as I take a lot of care in looking after my teeth. Avoid at all costs. I am young and spent my limited budget at this dentist and left with a chipped teeth, I heard nothing back after enquiring and feel as if I haven't been taken seriously. I hate leaving bad reviews and I never do but my teeth are very important to me. Please do your research on practises and maybe ask them to not be so rough!!
Had an emergency appointment today with Jerome; being a new patient to the practice he was welcoming and didn’t make me feel anxious at all. He talked me through the whole procedure regarding my first filling and ensured that I was comfortable the whole way through the procedure. He even went the extra mile to ensure that the tooth effect hadn’t caused issues with the surrounding teeth and also noticed a potential problem with one of my wisdom teeth. I’ve also registered with the practice for a new patients appointment and am delighted that I will have the same dentist. This practice certainly make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the building to the moment you leave; receptionist are welcoming and polite and even another dentist in passing said a quick hello, you don’t always get that and made the experience more relaxed.
