Had an emergency appointment here last week. The team was very helpful and patient with me. My teeth are not great as I haven’t seen a dentist in years. I have just moved down from Cumbria and it was nice to see one of the nurses was from the same town as I am. She made me feel very calm and relaxed and lots of advice was give to help me. My next appointment has been made. Thank you

I have followed Harry from another practice as I have so much faith in him and his dentistry. I am a very nervous patient and Harry and his nurse's Nikki & Lubi were fantastic with building my confidence and reassuring me all the way through the procedure. I would highly recommend this surgery the team here were brilliant from start to finish!

I visited the dental practice to get my root canal done and o must say I was blown away by how Jaymal the dentist calmed by nerves before the procedure, I ws admittedly very nervous beforehand and Jay was very quick to not only prove reassurance but also advise what the procedure would entail. The dental nurses Lubi and Nic were also very welcoming and made me feel at ease. All in all my tooth is now fine thanks to their excellent work.

Excellent service from Jay & Nikki. I have a fear of Dentists but after a few visits, I was made to feel calm & they looked after me every step of the way, I could not thank them enough. I couldn’t recommend them any higher - thanks guys

I cannot speak more highly about my experience of being a patient at this practise. The care and attention I receive from Jay and the team is exemploriry. I arrived at the practise last year, having been the victim of a horrendous experience at a previous practise. This left me traumatised, nearing having a Dental phobia and needing very extensive repair work. Jay was so reasurring, empathetic and professional from the outset. At every stage he gently, fully explained my options, referring me when necessarily and an ongoing treatment plan was collaboratively agreed on. I was so relieved that I now felt secure in competent and professional hands, having shown natural compassion and understanding when it was so needed. Appointments are easily made, with every effort made to accommodate. Answer phone messages returned promptly. The receptionists and dental nurses are extremely good and together go to form a friendly and knowledgeable team. Nikki is excellent in both roles, and especially her calm, reassuring and light manner were so appreciated yesterday when I was nervous about extractions. A very heart felt thank you.
