Went there aftet booking a private checkup for specialist advice into Root Canal treatment options, only to be told they need to refer me on to another specialist.
They could have told me this over the phone but instead were greedy and asked for money up front and was non refundable.
What a waste of time and money
I received the best prompt care really friendly staff the dentist is second to none thank you so much I'm now pain free
They are okay. I have visited their hygienist and they have done a 30 min cleaning. It seemed they have done good but when I went home I have realised that there are some stains which hasn't been removed. Even though I have been told that they have removed all the stains! However, the staff were friendly.
Rude and impolite customer service.
Me and my wife have been registered as patients with this practice for 4 years. It started off very well and the dentists/hygienists are friendly and we always had a good service, however over the past 12 months we have found it very difficult to get appointments/liaise with the rude and unhelpful receptionist. We have now both left this practice. This is disappointing as we have spent several hundred pounds on treatments and getting teeth whitened etc. As such, we would no't recommend this practice and have since joined a friendly local practice
