Did a click and collect yesterday (lockdown measures in place) and the young woman at the front desk in the afternoon was so helpful and lovely - had a great experience. Quick and easy service and a very nice staff member to deal with
Disgusting customer service. Bought a heater got it home and its bent out of shape and in a visibly damqged box. I returned it in 20 mins to be told it was fine and if im really concerned to travel 5.8 miles to return it. Absolute joke.
I PURCHASED A TOMTOM FEBRUARY IN MARCO WHERE IT STOPPED WORKING I WENT TO COMPLAIN REFUSE TO GIVE ME A NEW SAY THAT THEY HAVE TO SEND REPAIR UNTIL TODAY I HAVE NO ANSWERS
The store itself is nice but when you buy something, make sure to check it first as I've had an experience where I bought something that's damaged and I didn't know. The staff, I don't understand as some are rude an some are helpful. I would rate this store an average as it's neither too great or too bad.
Took my money for click and collect then told item not in stock and refused cash back.
