Not even worth one star!
When you decide to have hair extensions from a trusted salon and 3 weeks later you end up with less hair and bald patches. They refuse to take liability and blame my hair type and my aftercare. Well I took every care I could because it’s your hair and it takes for ever to grow back. I trusted you to do a good job and you’ve left my hair in a hideous state and your not even sorry! You ignore my emails and messages. Your salon and life goes on but you’ve left me devastated, I don’t have my hair down anymore because you’ve ruined it. And I’m so self conscious. You’ve ruined my confidence and my mental health. So thanks!! I wasn’t going to take this public but seen as you don’t give too hoots about me. Why would I you and your business. And by the looks of things your not even insured. So customers enter at your own risk because if there’s an accident they’re not covered. Expect a letter from trading standards, NHF and a letter from the courts!! The worst experience of my life. I’m so upset. When you put your hair in hairdressers care you don’t expect to be left with a rats tail. I once had lovely thick bouncy hair and now it’s gone flat and thin. So thanks for ruining a struggling mothers confidence while battling with PND 😭
