Bathroom completely reconfigured and renovated. Bedroom decorated and refurbished. When Rafal came to view the bathroom I immediately felt confident that he understood the changes I wanted to make, and would be able to find a way to achieve it. He did a brilliant job and I am thrilled with the outcome. Throughout the process he offered options and choices and kept me fully informed. His knowledge and skill guided me when I needed advice. He and his Team are friendly, calm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail was attended to. The final price was as quoted and business was straightforward. I could not be more pleased with the result and can recommend MBS 100%.

Very happy to recommend Rafal and his team. The works we had carried out included: plastering, re-routing and boxing in of pipework, four fitted cupboards, new window sills, new balustrade and spindles on stairs, new radiators, new lights and switches sockets, and complete redecoration. The work was sensibly priced. All the work was completed to a high standard. The work was completed on time. We received regular video updates from Rafal during the work. The house was clean and tidy on completion

We engaged Master Builder Services to fully renovate our large Victorian master bedroom, which needed to be completely stripped back to brickwork in some areas. There were other issues the bay, which has also been dealt with. It is now finished, beautifully decorated and looks wonderful – a far cry from the shabby, cracked old room that was. We had no hesitation in choosing Rafal to do our work after meeting him. His professional manner and background made him stand out from other builders we met and filled us with confidence and trust. Rafal talked us through stages of the work clearly and respectfully, presenting us with good and fair options. We have been very happy with his team coming and going from our house throughout the day, especially important to us with a baby at home. Rafal clearly has a strong work ethic and the work he and his team have done for us is a testament to that. Thank you!

I've used this builder on several occasions and the work is always completed to a very high standard. For me he's done plumbing, tiling, wiring, kitchen fitting, groundwork, damp proofing, carpentry and general decorating. Rafal is friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and a perfectionist. His expert advice has proved invaluable.

Work was done on our front and back garden which now looks amazing! The end result was better than how we planned. Both Rafeal and Karol are hardworking even in the rain and horrible weather. Very reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
