After my dad could not be seen at his own practice we came here for an emergency appointment. Brilliant service, he got an appointment very quickly. The dentist dr Max knew what he was talking about and resolved the issue straight away, we were very impressed. The blonde girl on the reception desk was so lovely and helpful I didn't get her name but we would like to say thank you to all of the staff.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst dentists I have ever been to. Not just for myself but also for my family. I experienced the joy of having a filling here where I had to come back because I was in so much pain where they had not done it properly. (I have not been back since and I still question if a filling was necessary) My parents however, have been going to this dentist for a number of years and continued to do so until recently where they have now made the decision to leave due to the sheer Incompetence. As examples - You never see the same dentist twice, they do not rebook appointments and they have messed up a whole range of fillings and other treatments without explanation as to why the procedure was needed in the first place. On one occasion they handed over a ‘do it yourself temp filling’ and requested £75 for the privilege!! I really would like to leave a more positive review but I can only base this on our experiences and as a result my current advice would be to avoid if you can.

I came in for an emergency appointment after being in pain through lock down, I was anxious as I am scared of the dentist anyway but had not left the house in 4 months and the girls on reception immediately put me at ease. I could tell they were taking staff and customer safety seriously and they had lots of measures in place. I was asked to wear a mask, sterilise my hands and had my temperature taken there was also a bit more paper work than normal and the receptionists talked me through it all. The dentist I saw was brilliant and he took my tooth out that day. I have never felt so relieved and I haven't had any problems since. Very impressed with my service here and thank you to all of the lovely staff you are doing a great job.

i joined here as a new patient this year, i would like to say all the staff were very polite and made me feel at ease. i am a nervous patient and the practice manager Emma came and held my hand as i had no one to come with me for my appointment. the dentist max and his dental nurse Jaz were brilliant and explained everything and calmed my nerves from the start to end of treatment. i couldn't have asked for a better surgery to join if you are nervous i highly recommend them.

I have been taken off the register because I "missed an appointment and did not follow up the regular checks". In March 2019 I had an appointment for a review check which I turned up and they told me that my appointment was not on the system. So I had to re-book another appointment in April and I did attend that one. No information was given after that for what I needed to do, and no appointment was scheduled. I received a letter this month (March 2020) to remind me that I'm due for a check, but as I phoned up they said I have been removed from their register. They have been sending me "reminder letters" since August 2019, although I did not receive any until this month. They also said that my last check was in Feb 2019 and I missed the appointment in March. NO RECORD OF MY APRIL APPOINTMENT. I did remind them that something must have gone wrong in the system. Also If I have been removed, why still send me a letter and ask me to phone them so that I randomly get blamed for not keeping up with regular checks which I totally had no idea of. They said "there's nothing wrong in the system" and that they're not required to send reminder letters by law. This reply is totally unrelated to the issues here. 1. Why could I not find my appointment in March 2019 when I turned up for it? 2. Why is my April appointment not on the system? 3. Any follow up action required must at least be clarified between the dentist and patient if not by letters. I totally understand the policy to remove patients. In this case there’s a big problem in communications and account management but no one intended to even look into it. They need a problem solver, not someone who merely sits there.
