I registered on Monday, was able to get a next day appointment on Tuesday, and we seen on the Thursday for a filling. I was very impressed with all the staff from the reception team who were very courteous to the dentist (Olga) who made me feel at ease instantly. The dental nurse who worked alongside her also made me feel comfortable. I am very impressed by the service, and would definitely recommend them. Special thank you to both Olga and her dental nurse (sorry I did not catch your name). Very valuable staff members!
The dentist himself is lovely and he very attentive. Just the receptionist are letting them down. Haven't a clue how to book more than one person in at a time. Messed up so many appointments now by putting in the wrong details or not adding someone to the appointment when I've booked us in as a family. Takes forever to actually get an appointment and treatment done because their system is shocking.
