After having some traumatic experiences with my previous dentist I needed an extraction, I came to coast dentist to have this done as I previously had an emergency treatment with them and my experience was fantastic so I knew I would be in safe hands. The procedure itself turned out to be a lot more difficult than planned but the dentist and dental nurse were extremely attentive the whole way through, making sure I was okay every few minutes and telling me that I am brave. Which considering how difficult the extraction was, was very nice to hear. The dental nurse held my hand and was so kind throughout. I needed to be picked up by my dad due to being a bit wobbly after the procedure but the dentist made sure my dad knew that I needed to be looked after for the next 24 hours. Needles to say I will be registering with this practice because the care is like nothing I have ever experienced before. I am completely blown away at how kind and caring all the staff are.

Amazing experience , couldn't be more happy with it! Staff is wonderful and whole time reassuring and kind . It was my first time in the dentist here in the UK and I couldn't be more pleased . Thank you very much, will definitely return and recommend !

This is probably the best dentist I have been to. The whole experience has been fantastic, when making the appointment the staff were really friendly and polite on the phone. I had an appointment with the dental hygienist (Jo), she was extremely polite, professional and friendly. My past experiences with other dentists have put me off visiting dental hygienist as it has always been painful. However, today it was completely different and pain free. All the staff I spoke to today were friendly. Kym who greeted me when I went in was wonderful. I feel this is a dental practice that other practices should learn from. I can't fault them in any way.

What a relief, no more anxious delays to make an appointment! I have always had a phobia about dentists ever since I was a small child, since I have been to this dentist I have had several root canal treatments, some fillings and used their hygienist facility. I am no longer worried about attending my dental appointments thanks to Coast Dental Health. The staff are a shining example of smiling, efficient and comforting professionals, just friendly people who go about their work expertly but with the customer's considerations in mind. I have no hesitation in making this recommendation.
