Rather shop online as their returns policy is shocking. DO NOT USE CLICK AND COLLECT, THIS DOES NOT COUNT AS ONLINE SHOPPING. Once you have plugged anything in you are no longer able to return it. Online you have 14 day to return anywhere. Oh and I wonder why the high street shopping is dying! What a joke!
I ordered a lol bike to pick up on the 24th and they have ruined my daughters Christmas by giving me the wrong thing even though I asked then is it defo a bike they said yeah but I thought it was to heavy to be a bike so I'll be asking for something to be done about it cause they know what I was picking up cause I showed them my online order not happy at all
Not a great place the the two kids on the collection point seemed more interested in flirting with each other than serving customers. Found the staff very rude and not interested at all. Shame as the Argos inside Sainsbury at Farlington or Fareham are really helpful and this place could learn a lot from them. Will definitely not go here again.
If I could give it no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting treatment in Argos Waterlooville today. Absolutely no help with viewing an item I wished to see before I purchased it. Was told at the door I could view it then after twenty minutes waiting was told by a very rude member of staff I couldn’t view it because of the Covid 19. I explained I didn’t want to touch it I could view it from a distance she called up to the store room for the item and told me the member of staff would view it for me and let me know what it looked like. Absolutely ridiculous so after wasting half an hour in the store I walked out.
