Lovely place for a walk, look out for the Southwood rocks stones on the way round, the kids love it

[Dec 2020] Nice open space. You can just about see the layout of the former golf course, but not for long as nature is quickly claiming it back.

Woodland is always great to walk through. The paths are clear and gravelled, so hardly any flooding. The old golf course next door is also good to walk around, though when it's been raining heavily it turns into a marshland

Really nice woodland Many options of walks Lots of variety Dog LOVES it! Free parking But... Height barrier, 1.9m.. This was a problem for me as I drive a hi top van 🙈 So I had to park kind of in a bush outside the parking area, haha. Lucky for us it was a cold and wet day.
