Boots pharmacists are highly competent. The store is looking a little run down, but they always have my prescription before I need it.

Came into store today,with 2 of my daughters as we all wished to purchase goods. My eldest daughter purchased hers,whilst I was still picking things up. I approached the till area and put my items on the desk,the assistant scanned them,told me the price. Not once in this time did she say please or thank you,did I have a advantage card or would I like a bag! I picked my items up,and politely asked for the name of the store manager,she said "why?" I stated that I just wished to be td store manager name, she started to get all irate with myself ,raising her voice demanding to know why I wanted it. I calmly told her I would just like the name of store manager,she again was all irate and eventually said "its jane" ,I said thank you that all I asked for and now may I have your name,again to be met with a attitude and anger issues! My second daughter stepped forward and said "hold on please dont shout at my mum like that" for the young lady to start shouting,waving her arms in the air ,turned to run off and told my daughter to "f..k off",another assistant came forward asking what was going on,we explained to her and she apologised on the store behalf. I appreciate that everyone has a bad day,I myself do too,due to having cancer, however if she not having a good day,maybe not being on the shop floor and serving customers might have been a better option. My daughters and myself left the store as they could see I was getting upset by the whole situation, absolutely no need to be spoke to in that manner! I wont name and shame the assistant on here, as I'm hoping it has been brought to your attention. Next time though she might not be as lucky to come across some so tolerant, and this has definitely left a sour taste not to use your store again!! Shame really as fleet is struggling as it is. On that note,I leave this matter in your trusted hands that the said person in question will be spoke to,maybe a bit more training in customer skills and etiquette.

Im a regular user of the pharmacy, the team are great. I've had a few hiccups receiving my prescriptions but nothing that has never been sorted swiftly. I love the range of aftershave and perfume they supply and the staff are always willing to be of assistance. Great to see them Covid-19 compliant which makes me feel safe. Great job to the whole team 👏

Always pleasant staff although Pharmacy girls are being stretched to their capacity,feel they need more staff.

Never have my prescriptions ready on time or stock availability. Also they keep texting me notifications to pick prescriptions when they're not due. Nice staff but poor service.
