I've had limited mobility in both shoulders for some weeks now and due to lock down had not seen anyone. We've used Hart physio before for various aches and pains and always been super impressed. This was no exception. Nicky was quick to reply to my enquiry despite being busy; I had a Zoom call within a couple of days on which the issue was diagnosed and exercises recommended. I have since had 2 follow up face to face sessions which were excellent and helped a lot. I am confident that with Nicky's help and expertise I'll be rid of two frozen shoulders soon. Excellent service and treatment. Highly recommended.

Nicky has been treated me for a knee injury. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She is very professional and helpful, did the diagnosis straight away but also wrote a referral to the consultant to get a specialist diagnosis as well. I am very happy with the way I have been cared for!

I've used Hart Physio on three separate occasions (sports related injuries) and have always found them professional, friendly and supportive. Most importantly their treatment has resulted in significant improvements to my injuries. Both Jill and Nicky always happy to support, even outside of scheduled appointments. Highly recommended.

I am currently being treated by Nicky. Nicky has been absolutely brilliant in the diagnosis and treatment of my problem. She is very professional and very caring and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I agree with a previous review that as a patient I feel looked after.

I have used Hart Physio for the past 2years for lower back pain and tendonitis. Both ladies are very professional and make you feel safe. They are honest with their work and its effectiveness and don't take advantage financially. I would recommend them. They don't just give out exercise plans, but do hands on work.
