Reassuringly excellent service. I messaged for a quote to replace a lock & received a prompt reply, and furthermore my lock was changed that afternoon. What a lovely guy too. Very professional and helpful during these difficult times, I'm most grateful. I will sleep more soundly knowing I have an anti-snap lock mechanism fitted. This company is highly recommended, and very reasonable too.
