Very fast and good service and a good deal
Called Bassett Lock and Key at 5pm on Tuesday 29th January on behalf of my tenant. Simon arranged to meet me at my tenants the following morning at 9 a.m. He arrived spot on as arranged. He immediately inspected the broken lock and replaced the lock and the mechanism, handles, etc. He had all the bits with him, in his van, so no delay with the repair. I now have a virtually a brand new door, which is now more secure and safe for my tenant. She was over the moon with me for getting someone to fix and secure their home so very quick, I was over the moon Simon solved, what could have been a very tricky situation rapidly. Everything guaranteed for 12 months, thanks very much Simon, your details stored safely, if needed again.
