Absolutely useless. They need to get staff who can understand English. Went in to buy butter, no one understood. Got my butter and petrol at Tesco instead.

Not a regular customer but been here many times in recent years, mostly for food or a Costa and never had a problem until now. Today I was absolutely appalled at the unacceptable attitude of the member of staff on duty. I'd just bought a Costa express and took it back within minutes after a few sips because it tasted funny - like the milk was off. Firstly there was a communication issue because I'm deaf and the employee had a foreign accent, so difficult for me to understand anyway. When asked to remove face mask so I could lip read she snatched at her mask and screwed up her face like she was angry and was so blatantly rude - sadly there was no-one else to witness this. No matter where I go, do not find this sort of thing acceptable - disability or not. Perhaps some staff there need to be reeducated in politeness and customer service!

Just used the wash. The is no more cleaner then when it went in. Not to mention water not draining away.

Handy just off The M3 , also by Farnborough Gate Retail Park & Frimley. I like this garage come fuel filling station with convenience store but that's maybe perhaps because I'm biased as it's been my local for many years ! :) Locally, it's always been known as " Bradford's Garage " since around 1960, from the man who owned ( &/ built it - not sure about that ! :-) ) They also have a 24 hour licence to sell alcohol ! - that might be of interest to some ! ;) especially those who have just strolled out of The Ship Inn next door & want a bottle of wine or a few cans of beer to take away home, which The Ship don't allow, at least not after the last orders 'bell' goes ! ;)
