I've always been a customer of Costa coffee at Farnborough and any where else I go .They have various options of coffees ,teas and cold drinks. They also have available many varieties of hot and cold food for you to choose from. Get a Costa loyalty card I've had one for years and saved £££s over the years.
Coffee was very nice as always but was disappointed that people took tables before getting food and drinks. There were five of us in a group who did not have anywhere to sit when our order was ready. We noticed people in the queue behind us putting bags or coats on chairs at empty tables while they were far back in the queue and other people like us had to wait for a table to become free.
One young lad serving on his own. It was quite busy, so we queued for 20 minutes to be served. We won't be rushing back there
I went to Costa coffie at Farnborough with my nann and aunt my aunt got a dirty spoon I love Costa coffie as I go there all the time the staff there had bad customer service I ordered a mocha and it didn't evnt taste like one one of the boys who worked at the till didn't look like he new what he was doing I thing the boss of Costa coffie needs to sort this out I will never give up Costa as I go to many different ones but bad costas I will tell a lot of people about and I didn't think it was well organised with covid 19 restrictions either
Lovely little café in the shopping centre, cheerful staff that were helpful and positive, decent environment and good prices
