Long term monthly members and paid membership through lockdown, will be cancelling now. Not worth the money anymore as most of the things for kids to play with have been removed due to govt restrictions it's just expensive soft play now. The deciding factor was not the change in facilities, which is understandable and outside their control, but the terrible customer service. We specifically asked by email to be notified they reopened after lockdown. They failed to let us know by any means, email or otherwise, so money wasted for several months of membership. Their website showed that they were closed and booking online was not possible. We tried to call them over the phone to confirm if they were open or not and this did not work either. Upon reporting this issue to their customer services team they were quite rude in person at the desk, a request for a refund of the time which we were not able to visit due to their poor communication was also not successful. Wish them well, but feel they will struggle by trying to blame this on 'GDPR not allowing them to send out service updates about business closures/reopening .'

2 hour session but you only get an hour and a half due to cleaning. Whilst this is normal in the current climate selling 2 hour sessions and only giving an hour and a half is a rip off. Nothing on the website or booking info. Pizza was cremated too. Pity as the staff were friendly. Can't help but feel my child got stitched up though.

Lovely place but I do feel they should of reduced their prices since reopening from covid as they have taken away all the props in the walk through village (even though little street still have all their props and been to other soft play who have not taken their props away) for nearly £15 entry I could do just gone to a normal soft play.

We have visited 360 in Farnborough a few times. It’s more than the usual soft play with a selection of shops, a fire station and my sons favourite, a pizza parlour for kids (and adults) to play in. The climbing area is well laid out with a great slide. I noticed a few reviews mentioned cleanliness, my experience is that the staff do a great job of cleaning up behind everyone. See you soon.

Joe is an absolute star! had my sons party in august few issues with the reservation which he sorted and made the day extra special. Party was really good, cannot thank our party host enough
