A latte is made with milk not water why compromise when you have all the correct equipment if I wanted a coffee I would of orderd a coffee the lady serving although very pleasant you could tell she couldn't be bothered and couldn't be arsed

The lady that I encountered behind the counter was quite rude to me. She would not serve me because I had a coffee from somewhere else. Had she be more willing to serve me, I would be more inclined to come back to buy more often from there. I walked in there today, no smile or a friendly hello how can I help you?
