From start to finish, Jan and Steve made the process of converting our garage into a practical, useful utility and storage room seamless. We werent quite sure what we wanted at first but they were always on hand to offer suggestions and recommendations. They stuck to the agreed quote and timescales and were very accomodating in completing additional works. They were professional and always quick to respond to any queries. They would visit regularly to check the progress on site and ensure we were happy with the works. The team were always punctual, tidy, friendly and hard working - I could not have asked for a better builder and would not hesitate to recommend 321solutions.

I recently had my garage converted to half office, half playroom and I must say how wonderful the way the work was carried out over just two weeks. The area was always kept clean and tidy, the men were a pleasure to have in my home, always friendly and helpful. The quote was good and they kept to the price even when I asked for them to do some extra skirting in another room. I had to contact Steve when I got home late from work at night and was surprised when they answered my call at 9pm and kindly sorted out my queries. I have recommend some of my best friends to 321 garage conversions and they have used their services and are also very happy. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

I’ve just had an orangery built by 321 Home, I’m so pleased and they’ve completed the extension earlier than they said they would.workmen were really good, they kept the drive really clean where the building materials and skip were delivered, consumption of tea, coffee and biscuits was up 200 per cent though. The extra trips to tesco express were worth it though. It’s lovely to meet builders that produce what they promise and quicker than expected. I’m very happy.
