I had thought initially that the water ingress into my garage was coming from the garage roof. Having come very promptly, Brett made a very thorough inspection and found that the problem was with the outside downpipe which was totally clogged and the storm water was saturating the wall of the garage and coming into the garage floor. He cleared the blockage, re-installed the pipe, making minor repairs and tidied up before leaving. More work needs to be done on the walls themselves, but at least the initial water ingress is stemmed. I am very grateful to Brett for solving and dealing with the problem promptly, at least for the time being.
