I web searched for some roofing repair suppliers locally had a couple of companies come round to look at some work i needed to be carried out, I was not quite happy with what I was being told so I looked again, I came across 'Valley Roofing UK ltd' on the web and made a call, instantly i got a pro-active response to my questions and information i asked around the worked i needed, Shaun was very detailed and professional in his manner and approach, as such within 3 days i had a visit of the work and within 24hrs I had a formal quote with a full explanation and breakdown of the costs, Shaun kindly did a follow up call to ask if i had any further questions, as the quote and service i had received was positive I was happy to place the order and go ahead with the works, within 10 days of the materials being ordered one of Shaun's team came over and carried out the work - 1 full day, I was blow away with how polite, profession and how highly skilled he was, the work carried our was excellent with a eye for detail, as the repair was at my front of my property (roof) i was worried about how it would looked - I did not need to worry as the work made the area like new, I was very impressed, all old materials were taken away and all areas cleaned and tidy with no mess left, with having never had any roofing experience or work carried out prior my experience was fantastic and would be more than happy to promote the service and work carried out on my property by Valley Roofing, what topped it off just as a 'icing on the cake', not only did Shaun call me back to check i was happy with the work before paying, he also sent the same worker back to ensure and to check that all was right with the work, this gave me further re-assurances and also demonstrated the 'old fashioned way of 'customer service' which in this cased was 101%, thank you to a excellent business who i will be glad to recommend.

Poorly managed . Unorganised. Mr Shaun kavanagh talks and treats his roofers like worthless dogs. I would avoid

We recently had the roof stripped on our large, beautiful period property which has a real mix of dormer and gabled windows within the roof space plus a turret, several decorative clay end tiles and a flat roof in the middle with a skylight. Shaun, boss of Valley Roofing UK came to visit us and we liked and trusted him from the outset. His knowledge, accreditations and helpful suggestions with no pressure whatsoever helped us decide to ask Valley Roofing UK to take on the work based on a thorough survey they carried out and a very competitive quote. We had new membranes, battens, tiles and up-to-date insulation and a few other bits such as repointing the chimney while up there! The skilled team worked hard every day, keeping all areas clean and tidy as they went and dealing with numerous wasps nests, taking everything in their stride. Shaun was always quick to respond to our questions... the whole team, including Jenny in the office, were a pleasure to work with. We can't thank them enough for such a beautiful new roof, we are extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had my roof stripped, then new membrane, tile battens and my old tiles cleaned up and refitted recently by Valley Roofing UK. Shaun and his colleague did a superb job. I liked him from the moment he came round to give me a quote. A simple honest approach, no over the top salesman tricks, trying to get me to have things done that didn't need doing. The quote was an excellent price, which totally fitted my estimated budget for the job. Took just over 4 days to complete, bang on schedule. They didn't even get phased when they discovered a wasp nest. They simply took that afternoon to go and get some replacement tiles needed and allowed me time to clear the wasps. Every evening, they cleaned up the work area perfectly, never leaving me with any mess to walk through or deal with. Very hard working team. Highly recommend. I'd certainly use them again.

After a fairly long chat via emails I decided to have my Shed roof replaced with EPDM. The team turned up early and worked with due diligence and care throughout the day. The end result is a superb piece of workmanship. All rubish cleared away and all of the pink gungy adhesive that dripped down inside the shed was throughly cleaned up. Its not cheap to have this work done but it's worth it for the quality of materials and the skill of the fitters from this company. Highly recommended.
