Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Aldershot

As a car club member, I have to say the overall experience with this company is satisfactory... with small issues here and there. The main issue was that I was unable to get one of the cars started; this happened two times. The resolution is that I stopped booking that specific car... otherwise well done on the system, it's almost dreamlike to be honest

My go to place for renting a car. Such a seamless process. Six rentals in the past three and not a single issue.

Unimpressed with the service to be honest. This was part of my insurance to provide a courtesy car while mine is in for repair. First interaction (where I had to chase them) the guy on the phone couldn't find my details and then seemed annoyed I needed it delivered to me. Not great. Two days after my car was taken away they delivered the car at the last possible minute (as they didn't have one to give me they had to wait for a return), their tablet / payment machine wasn't charged so they have to do a phone payment, queue standing around in a car park in the rain listening to a guy go "mate, please tell me you're still in the office" about 4 times whilst I ask to three times if I can move the car out of my neighbours space (which he wasn't keen on as they desperately need to take £1 via debit card despite having trouble contacting anyone). Guy then has to handle my debit card to do phone payment, didn't feel covid secure at all. No gloves / hand sanitiser or wipes used. No wearing of masks and no hand sanitiser or wipes used on the tablet you have to use to sign after they've entered some details either. To make matters worse I hate the car they've given me, so now I'm trapped in my house anyway. On the plus side at least I don't have to put the fuel back to the 3/8 of a tank because I won't be using it. Maybe better experience if it's not arranged via insurance company.

Fast and efficient service. Clean vehicle. Good selection and price.

Terrible rental. The first car had the engine management light on. This site did not want to swap the vehicle stating it would be OK. After a heated discussion I was offered an upgrade but with a fee attached. Then I was offered a downgrade with no refund. Eventually a car was found for me but after six miles the car was overheating and warning lights were displayed. I could not take the car back because I was nearly home and so angry and worried it would break down. I looked under the bonnet when I got home to find out that the radiator was only half full. Topped it up and was only left with oil change required soon. I mentioned the issue when I returned the car but no apology. Worst rental I have ever had from enterprise.
