Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Camberley

Got a hire car while mine was being repaired down the road. Got quite a nice top-line Qashqai which had just a few alloy wheel dings. Only negatives were that it had just been washed and covered in water, making it tricky to see any pre-inspection damage and all the windows were wound down so that while I was being shown the vehicle and signing paperwork, it started raining quite persistently and all the upholstery got a soaking. I do like the fact that all paperwork is done on a tablet and sent to you via email. Enterprise have got this bit right down to a T 👍

Hired a Luton for a day. I have never had a bad experience using this branch. Quick, simple & efficient.

Very professional, efficient. The staff at their office are very warm and friendly. Even though there is another higher car place only 200 m away I always go to this company. The one thing I wish they did differently is: I wish they gave you the car with a full tank so it's easy to know how much to refill it to when you return the vehicle

AWFUL! I arranged the day before for someone to meet me at the shop my car was having it's work done at 3pm and because I am under 21 I need a cover note from my insurance which is fair enough and asked if this was needed before tomorrow. The boy on the phone said no but you can get a blanket one from your insurance to save you time tomorrow. I tried with the insurance and they said no because I have no reg. The next day I am at the shop waiting an HOUR for someone to turn up to drop the car off/collect me. No one turned up so I rung enterprise and they said sorry we cannot get to you as you have no cover letter. I would have been waiting there forever if I had not rung them up. The Boy on the phone to me just the day before never ever said that they would not be able to come if I didn't have it just that it would save me time? Another hour passes by (5PM!!!!) and no one is still here to collect me baring in mind I got to the shop at 3:15pm and they said they were sending someone out?!!!! Then someone comes to pick me and is hardly apologetic and moody. (I did not leave that evening till 18:15!!!) I finally get to enterprise and sort out all the paperwork and they take me to the car I will be using was about to finish and then they said it is time for the £1 deposit. Yes I forgot my card as had be rushing all day but no one ever told me the whole time I was dealing with enterprise that this was a thing. All the boy had to say was 'did my colleague not tell you'. He then was really moody and had to change all my documents to have my mum as the named driver all because of a pound! Shocking customer service, second time I have used them and first time there was no issue at all the lady who was dealing with me then was lovely and could not fault her but second time round, different story!

Very good vehicle hire service. Staff were friendly and helpful. With new technology you can hire a vehicle when staff aren't there, like on a Sunday.
