have brought a fair bit of paint from this company until recently ...the owner is extremely arrogant and doesn't care about the customer whatso ever...just his profits obviously ... i brought a tin of green paint for £50 ....i got home tried it ...was the wrong colour , finish and refused to cure .....i immediately called the company and had to leave a message explaining ....no return call whatsoever...so i travel to the shop where a down trodden worker there reports the owner used old activator to get shot of it... hense it wouldn't cure! the worker says come back when said owner is there.....i waste my time returning a further 2 times and eventually i meet the owner who says confidently 'bring it in ill sort it out " i bring the paint in , he says hes not doing anything about and sends me away refusing to accept any responsibility and pushing the blame back to me .... yes its only one tin of paint but it shows you .their complete lack customer service ...i told him i will not be using them again! and he didnt seem to mind ........careful folks
