I know the competition crazy but this branch is such a good one convenient in terms of location and ppl there are real nice
Good prices, but low stock and clothes sizes not in order on many clothes lines. Wanted to buy more as basic underwear, shoes and clothing are excellent quality. They had several sales racks but sizes out of order. Many popular sizes out of stock. Still confusing layout, not enough large style signs or colour coding areas, which is a big mistake in this very large store. Fitting rooms not open and low in floor staff. Colour codes used for sizing is precise and very helpful. Online is much easier to find products with good and easy to use website with minimum £50 spend for free delivery. Please sort this branch out, last delivery of many out of stock items was march, according to staff. Potential for this store is enormous but unrealised, even now.

Friendly staff and one door for in (staff member will give you a freshly cleaned trolley here), and seperate one for out. Large car park.
Good store got the shoes we went for. Card selection not the best. Staff pleasant. Couldn't get a coffee too busy.
As always, excellent experience. Baskets & trolleys sanitised for you by a charming member of staff. All staff helpful & polite. Yes, you pay more for the experience, but I think it is worth it as a treat.
