I saw Ian due to a shoulder injury that had plagued me for years. I'd been to numerous physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteos since being injured but the shoulder would still flare up. It was severely limiting my physical health and was starting to impact my mental health. Ian was both professional and knowledgeable. He treated me over the course of a few weeks and gave me a continued treatment plan. I felt significantly better leaving his clinic and he was available for any follow up questions. I've since referred Ian on to numerous friends and family, all have had nothing but positive feedback. If you have an injury, see this man!

Ian has worked out a very cool concept. His classes reach parts that other classes do not reach! They gave me the structure I needed to stick to a very healthy exercise programme, which is sure to help me to age gracefully. Plus, they are an education at the same time, as Ian passes on his useful knowledge. Highly recommended.

Just go and see this guy - he's whip smart! Ian helped me rehab and eventually fully recover from golfers elbow which had been painful and persistent for around 2 years. I'd been to two other physios that just couldn't pin point the problem.

Ian is a is really knowledgeable guy who makes you feel at ease from the get go. From the goals I had he has created a specific plan which, through consistent training, I am making strides towards. I have loved every session and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get stronger!

In a year, Ian has transformed a chap in his mid 50s from being reasonably strong, in some ways if decidedly lacking in mobility in others, into someone whose movements can (at times) be described as graceful. Through continual variation in my training and the provision of telling insights, my journey to becoming an implausibly tall and elderly gymnast or break-dancer has progressed to an extraordinary extent and without even a hint of a plateau. It has also been enormous fun and covered unexpectedly broad philosophical territory…
