Extremely fast response. I was in my flat within 40 minutes of calling Eddie the locksmith. He had to endure the horrible 5 flights of stairs up to my flat (which he climbed twice in order to get the needed tool to open the door), after this he was kind enough to let me of by £10 as I was low on cash at the time.
I strongly recommend his services, Eddie was quick, professional, understanding and most importantly of all, he got me back inside my flat without damaging the door what so ever.
