I needed a copy of a certificate quite urgently, I called the number, a Llandrindod Wells number, the lady(Cath I think)was so helpful and friendly, a far cry from the old days! I called again later that morning to check on progress, a man called Tom took my call, he was familiar with my previous call and was involved in processing my request, after another 10 minutes he called me back to confirm that the document had been located and copied ready for me, I drove to the office and collected my document.Great service and so fast, thank you for making it so easy..
