I have read your reviews and it appears your reviewers have been happy with your work. I wish I was in a position to Give the same feedback as them. However mine and my now wife didn't have a good experience. We decided to order what we thought was two simple items for our wedding. A button hole and a wrist corsage. Wasnt a great value order to the florist but was of considerable value to us. We spoke to a lady in the shop several weeks ago and explained what we wanted. Specific fresh flowers and we even had a photo of what the corsage looked like. The first warning sign we had that things may not be great was when we were given a card with shop details and email address on so we could email the picture of corsage. We paid the money there and then in the shop. As soon as we got home the email was sent. The next day we had a terse messaged on the phone to say that the photo hadn't come through. We went straight to the shop and showed what we had sent and were told that the email we used was longer working! Ok so not end of the world mistakes happen and she must have had an old card. We had arranged to pick the flowers up on the morning of our wedding, Sunday 13th December. However as the morning was getting busy I went into the shop on the Saturday 12th to check and collect if we could or get a time for collection Sunday. On arriving I noticed a hand written sign saying shop shut till 14th. I asked the garden centre information about the shop being closed and how we would arrange to collect. They didn't know and told me to call the order number. When in my car with my future wife beside me I called the number. The woman who answered was Sue the same woman we did the order with. She from the get go was not helpful and said they had had a covid scare in the shop and had to shut. We were told that the result had come back negative and that a young girl who worked elsewhere was doing our flowers and they would be potentially ready for collection Sunday. Now the day before your wedding you don't want to hear the words potentially!!! Clearly we were upset and tried to get a more positive answer about who was doing the flowers which wasn't forthcoming. The woman accused us of getting aggressive or something along this lines. I explained that when someone hears the word potentially ready for the day of your wedding What did she think we would sound like. Now the rest of the story involved a great deal of investigating and contacting people not related to the shop but to cut this out is all I can say is we managed to speak to the mother of the girl who one had had the covid scare and who we were told was doing our flowers. We were told that she was not doing the flowers but would contact the owner of the shop. I was then contacted by the girl who said he Boss the owner would do the flowers and we could pick them up at 10am Sunday morning. So we had some relief but clearly couldn't relax until we had them in our hands. I did collect the flowers but they didn't look like the photo and didn't follow the specific instructions on the order. A thistle was one of the main features that was in the buttonhole and corsage and it was missing from the button hole. The gypsum flowers in the corsage were silk and not real. The rose in the button hole was way to big and once attached to my suit looked crazy. The corsage should have had blue and gray ribbon and only had blue. All in all the flower order was a disaster from start to finish. My future wife had been seriously ill with covid this year and nearly died several times, I had also had covid and been unwell. We both have long covid symptoms. The wedding was quickly arranged to give us and our close family some happy end to what has been an awful year. We did get married and had a wonderful day and as much as the flowers were never going to stop our day, we didn't need, deserve or want this the day before our wedding. We are most unhappy with the service. If I hadn't managed to track down another employee of the Florist our flowers would not have been ready at all

I don't have a clue about flowers, but they can obviously read my wives mind. She was very pleased with bouquet I gave her yesterday. Many Thanks :)

Beautiful wreath ordered for a co-worker who lost his parent. Fantastic service, quick replies. I ordered them directly with the shop from California. I'm very pleased with my order. I would definitely order from them again should I have a need.

I asked for wonderful flowers. You delivered wonderful flowers. Thank you so much. Protip for guys: You don't need a reason to send flowers. If a reaction like this from the woman you love isn't worth the money then what is?
