Highly recommend, We Knights Porter has just started using Protec Roofing for our managed properties, and we are very happy with their service. Especially Leigh Janes, who has great communication skills.
A few words of warning about this business, the on-site roofers failed to clear up, they also caused damage to the neighbours property. They invoiced early having not completed the work to either the pitched or flat roof, I paid and the flat roof still leaks and I had to finish off the pitched roof myself. The website says that a warranty will be supplied, this hasn’t materialised and I have given them since November 2019 to rectify these shortcomings. My strongest advice is to not use this company. If you do, ensure you retain moneys until you are satisfied that ALL the work is completed.
