We thought we would try this cafe in Conwy as it is quite new. First of all it was tricky to find the way in as it was cordoned off with a red and white barrier and the board with instructions was facing away from view so we walked around the building only to about turn to the original red and white barrier so had to wait for one of the assistants to notice we were waiting and it wasn't busy! We weren't the only ones finding it hard to find the entrance. Once in we ordered our food - the drinks were served quickly but we waited for our sandwiches for 45 mins before going back to the counter asking if they had forgotten us and we were sitting right opposite the counter! Yes they hadn't processed the order! Blamed the till process! Our parking ticket was running out of time - we were so annoyed. Somehow you would of thought the girl who served us would have noticed as we were seated immediately opposite her. I ordered a ham sandwich which should have been served with crisps and salad. I was given 3 crisps! Very Poor!
Lovely coffee, helpful friendly staff especially Josephine! Comfortable seating outside, please can we have some outdoor heaters when the weather gets cooler?
Lovely cafe with beautiful views of Conwy Castle walls. Lots of greenery around too. Expansive glass windows to show off views. Loose teas that are really tasty. We didn't eat there. The loos were clean, spacious and very modern!
Great Club sandwiches and coffee. Busy little cafe but staff very efficient.
Choice of gluten free cakes very limited. Found it quite expensive for what we got.
