It's dog friendly but always a bit packet. Probably because it has such good cakes and coffee. I especially like the hot chocolate and there Carmel cakes.
Ordered two muffins for my boys and some drinks, went to pay and realized all my cards had gone and I only had five pounds cash. The lady behind the counter paid for my order as they could not take cash. I was too flustered to ask for her name, but she had blonde hair. Exceptional customer service :) The only problem is that is very hard to contact head office to convey my thanks!
The nicest coffee shop! The staff are always lovely but I visited today and was made to feel so welcome. Exceptional customer service that made my day.
Tables not cleaned, floors filthy. Server wearing gloves and visor, no mask. Touching hair and mask while making drinks.
Not even 1m distance between some tables...
Visited on a day out to Winchester. Didn't have to queue and unlike other coffee shop chains on the High Street was able to sit indoors and were treated like human beings rather than walking infectious things. Really great experience.
