The decor of the place led itself to be somewhere lovely and upmarket to have breakfast and coffee. After getting my hopes up about the food, I felt very disappointed. The sausage butty was £5, and with it came very thin pre-sliced bread and Richmond sausages... Just using thick crusty bread would make such a difference! I wouldn't recommend eating there, even if it does look like a lovely place to go from the outside.

Lovely little place and friendly service. Great coffee, unfortunately accompanied by a very stale croissant which rather spoiled the experience. Having only paid half-price for the privilege due to Rishi's discounts I don't know if this was to be expected, but I'd prefer to pay full-price for a fresh pastry with my coffee. Will come back when the discount season is over to see if it makes a difference 😉

What we got was very good, but no lunches at 13.15 and closing at 14.00 was a shame. Sign of the times I guess!
