The car was fine, but I was messed about with the time that I could pick it up, which caused me unnecessary stress, having booked it in good time.
I was told they would refund me £15. That was in July and I still have not received it, although I have contacted the office numerous times. It is not a lot of money, but I find it dishonest.
Fantastic service, dropped off a one way hire and needed a ride back.
Despite Covid I received a warm welcome and very prompt booking in of the car and was in a car being taken to my final destination within minutes.

Will rent out a van that stinks of fuel in side. Wasted a day of moving house.very unhelpful on the phone trying to sort it out.

Went into get a compact car. Very good and prompt service. The employee helping me out was thorough and went through all the nuts and bolts of the rental. Being from the UK, they went through all the prices in a very detailed manner and didn't try to force me into anything. In the end we were dropped off by the manager who was an absolute delight to speak to. Thanks Enterprise Winchester!
