Came in on off chance with no appointment as dog had swelling staff and vet saw to dog checked and diagnosed issue treated and all done in 15 minutes brilliant

This is a very lengthy review. Jeanette is by far the best vet I have had. She wasn't my pets vet, she only had his test results and she had a lengthy, honest and informative conversation with me, over the phone, so I could make an informed decision about what was best for my pup (he was 12, but still my baby, he was very poorly and we had him put to sleep). I am only giving 5 stars for Jeanette, and not for the practice! I spoke to one vet over the phone, when his test results came back, who just booked him in to get blood tests done, then took him in to see a different vet at the practice, who couldn't take his bloods and made another appointment for 2 weeks time (he didn't have 2 weeks left in him) she even had the cheek to sell me more items!! Which I'm appalled at!! I will continue using this practice, for my other pooch, but will be requesting he sees Jeanette. She cares 100% about the animals, and I wish all vets could be like her. Also the receptionists are great here! They are very friendly! The nursing staff are also amazing, great with the animals, and very kind. The opening hours are the best I know for vet practices, and before covid they were open till 7pm in the week, open Saturdays, and even open on a Sunday! Excellent when you work full time, and don't have to take the day off for routine appointments anymore. Opening hours have been reduced during covid, but they are still open until 6pm in the week, and still open on a Saturday which is great.
