Very poor customer service (verging on rude). Long waiting times to get an appointment and when you arrive at the surgery. I've never been able to book an evening appointment (I'm not sure these even exist?). Recently they seem to be suffering from IT issues (no way to check patients in) and changeovers of staff (my dentist left and I only found out when I turned up to a cancelled appointment, and I've seen 3 different hygienists in the last 12 months). I'd avoid.

Been to this place today for a check up (and possible treatment) What I have to say...well, the stuff at reception, specially one girl acted like she was hating every moment of her day working there and the dentist who attended me, probably from Russia was rude and cold! Unfriendly and too hash! I don't know how someone like that is dealing with people! She wouldn't be nice even to treat crocodiles nevertheless people treating their mouth! I am not someone who is anxious of the dentist but when I left her room, I thought to myself, I really don't want to be having my mouth open for periods of time in the company of that woman! Jesus Christ! NO!

I needed an appointment in a hurry, having cracked a big filling- I was offered two within 48 hours, and saw the dentist this morning. It wasnt my usual dentist, but I was just so impressed at how much she put me at my ease, and explained the treatment options. She and her dental nurse made a great team, and i feel very satisfied with my treatment today.

Very unprofessional and rude receptionist and dentist, discussing patients in the waiting room. Have been in agony with my tooth and no help at all! Would definately not recommend, avoid!!

Exceedingly unhelpful and rude receptionists. Spoke to a lady this morning, chasing up a registration form from three weeks ago. Was bluntly told "that didn't come through, just try again". Explained that I had a missing crown and had signed up originally in the advice of her colleague, only to be told (with no apology) that wouldn't have mattered anyway. While the lack of appointments is beyond her control, the dishonesty and rudeness isn't. Avoid at all costs. Worth the journey to Southampton to the Demera Shirley clinic instead, who are much more professional!
