Absolutely amazing staff at the Vets4Pets Bagshot. We have two dogs, one who is a rescue who is very scared of people and the team here are so understanding and patient. Cannot recommend them enough.
The way the staff handled our 9 week old kitten was disgusting. The veterinarian who took our kitten away was very rough with the carrier and was swinging it around carelessly. The reception staff were unhelpful and I found them to very rude when I tried sorting out a date for the kittens next jab. I would recommend going to a better place elsewhere if you have a kitten or any baby for that instance.
All the staff are friendly and efficient. Even the staff who were not directly involved with dealing with my pet acknowledged me from past appointments. Truly feels they care for your pet as much as you do.
The service we received was exceptional and the price for the surgery (teeth cleaning and extraction) was a third of the price I was quoted by my normal vet! If we lived closer, Vets4Pets - Bagshot would be our normal vet however I have no doubt we will return again either with my dog or my cat and I have already recommended your services to other family members. Well done and thank you to Louise and Tina.
Was lovely and clean. Vet was lovely. First time we have been and would definitely consider using for our dogs now
