Great customer experience for pet and owner. Maria was very detailed in answering our questions
A really helpful service. Due to corona, your pet is collected from your car and you wait outside. Our cat seemed to be reasonably happy when he returned, which is probably the best he's ever been after a visit to the pet.
Really efficient friendly service even with Covid restrictions in place.
Fantastic staff and very friendly service.
Used to be good but now seem to be revenue focused rather than interested in your pets welfare. We were on holiday and our kennels called them for some info on our dog only to be told they would have to pay to speak to a vet. Not recommended.
