I actually prefer the new process of waiting in the car, rather than in the waiting room. It's less stressful for the dogs. The vets are always friendly and take great care of my dogs.

Emma has looked after our dog Phoebe so well with great expertise and with kindness. The end was made so much easier by Emma and nurse coming to us. All the staff have always been efficient and friendly.
